Analysis of Victory Song

Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?
Do you think I will believe your lie?
And expect me not to sing?

I sing of the LORD’S victory!
I sing of the blood of His Son!
I delight in my adoption.
The battle is already won!

So you can not get me down,
But I know you will try.
My Father will continue to show me,
That your sting is a lie!
