Analysis of Little Children
Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)
God will not be mocked by men
The light reveals their darkness
His promises he gives to those
That to his voice will hearken
Lord give me ears to hear your voice
And to do what you counsel
Don’t let my flesh get in my way
But help me do what you will
Jesus guard my heart and mind
Don’t let my soul be tempted
To walk away from all I know
And who I’ve put my faith in
My Father go before me
And cast down all the demons
Carry me when I can’t walk
So, our love only deepens
