Analysis of infatuation

audrey Cook 1955 (Los Angeles)

i heard your voice on the radio yesterday
but i dont know why
the sweet strains of your voice
made me cry
i know i have made myself a fool
too old to be a groupie
my poor head is coming unspooled
seems like my old brain
cant remember the rules.
my face
sees your eyes
every single day
i cant seem to make
these feelings go away
beautiful eyes sweet beautiful sou;
I lay dreaming of you at night
the only thing
that takes my pain away
