Analysis of I'm Still Here but It's Still the Same

Loneliness and sorrow
Still break my heart.
I’m still here
And I’m still alive,
But my heart is torn
And I‘m still forgotten
And lost.
Now I’m still a mess
And everything is just the same
As it was before.
