Analysis of Second Chance Dream

She always dreamed
Of becoming a rock star
But life dealt her a different hand
The days of her life go on without end
As she tries her best to look happy
But she silently cries herself to sleep again

And along came a second chance dream
A dream within her reach
A dream that took the fears away
And gave her the hope of a new day

The nightmares begin to fade
As the sun rises anew
A second chance dream that's made
The joy in her heart renew
