Analysis of Lovers Night



3 cups of strawberry reserve
1 cup of conagce
1 tablespoon of strawberry drink mix
2 tablespoon of lime juice
2 tablespoon of dissolved melted gelitan

In a microwave proof bowl add ingredients. Heat to melt preserve
Stirring every one to two MInutes.

Store bought pie crust, put in baking pan. Crumble crushed granham crackers crumbs in the pie crust 1/3 cup.

For the custard
1 cup of sugar
1 T of vanillia
4 tablespoons of nut liquer
3 egg yolks
2 eggs
1 cup of heavy cream
2 cups of cream cheese
1/3 cups butter

In a mixing bowl mix well  spoon over cracker crumbs. Cook until crust is brown. Allow to cool.

Toss 3 cups of fresh cleaned strawberries into preserve glaze. Serve on top of pie. With whipped cream.
