Analysis of Please

Lord take me from this place.
Keep me warm keep me safe.
Save me from all this hate.
Clean this load off my plate.
All this pain I cannot take.
This really can't be my fate.
Living life at my pace.
Sober living am I too late?
Flooding feelings i feel irrate.
Blown up mind that won't deflate.
Peace of mind I can't create.
Addiction will kill me at this rate.

I pray to god and ask him why.
Why did I leave this life?
I can't I have a wife?
I really don't believe the hype.
My brightest day is your darkest night.
Am I wrong or am I right?
Scars so deep from this fight.
Opened eyes can't see the light.
Lose my battle lose my sight.
I dig deep to find the might.
I must be wowned to tight.
