Analysis of Could not deal

When all else fails
What do you do best?
To many feelings running through my head
My heart is pounding out of my chest,
I am having a hard time catching my breath!
My body wants to run from all of this
Yet my feet stay planted on the ground
I feel like I'm being torn in 2
What is going on?!
I look down and see a pool of blood on the ground
Look at my wrists and realize I'm bleeding now
Guess I slit my wrists once more
No time for a suicide note
Just when you find my body you know,
That I could not deal anymore
