Analysis of God's Temple
Sherry Caayupan 1980 (Davao city)
In solitude will one take God by the hand,
Of songs and praises that move hearts of sinners;
Enlightened spirits unite in beautiful choirs,
Like angels up above that fondle harpsichords;
Loving souls uplifted into higher ground,
Took them to a gift-giving utopia;
A heatfelt feeling of embracing the sound,
Of God's call for withered souls and sad men;
In God's camaraderie, boundless faith of every man,
Souls of men not alone and damp;
The picturesque of a perfect home,
Nestled in God's loving hands.
