Analysis of it's ending?

Why does it feel like the world is ending?
My lungs cannot breathe. They feel shallow and full at the same time.
My head feels full but hollow all at the once.
Why is the world ending?
It doesn’t make sense.
My life is ending because I don’t know how to make it keep going.
Or do I just not want it to keep going?
