Analysis of "Villanelle take 2"

Mr. B made me throw out my writing
He called it very offensive
Today's first period was not to my liking

He cut me off as I was reciting
My anger was extensive
Mr. B made me throw out my writing

My rage was igniting
Mr. B was very oppressive
Today’s first period was not to my liking

So here I am rewriting
I am writing this on the counteroffensive
Mr. B made me throw out my writing

My anger is slowly subsiding
So this poem will be inoffensive
Mr. B made me throw out my writing
Today’s first period was not to my liking

About this poem

This poem is a Villanelle. I wrote this while being very angry at my language arts teacher for making me throw out my old poem.
