Analysis of The beach breeze!

GIDRAF MWANGI 1992 (Murang'a)

Palm fronds slapping
Pea coconuts swaying
Passive nod of the shooting
Prime stem shaking

The waters become froth
They boil like broth
Thatched huts sway forth
Thrashing towards the bushy growth

The men in huts
The women in dress
They both hold theirs
That they lose not to the winds

This is the beach wind
That blows Mombasa island
Then cruises over the tourist kind
That lies all over the beach with pride
