Analysis of Effective

Effective,
Is a respect and concern...
Some are taught early and learn,
This expressed to others...
Has positive and beneficial returns.
And...
Even if this is a fact of life,
Many still refuse to believe...
Their moods and attitudes,
Shown to leave...
Should not for them be received.
With this done.
Although...
Will deny, dismiss and accuse,
Someone they had disrespectfully...
Abused.
Without a thought to do it.
Misunderstood.
Too have been too sensitive.
Not to realize...
There are those who expect,
To be accepted for who they are.
Even though,
This to show and prove they know...
For whatever the reason,
Are incapable to do themselves!

I pass judgment.
Demean others to disrespect.
This is who I am.
And, if that is not to be understood,

Treat you differently,
Than I do others?
