I love the way as I read it I started to live on the borderline between human and animal. What a sweet relief it was to be for a moment or two a woodland animal. The " I wlspebd my time. . . " paragraph was to me a great example of how words can create metamorphosis. I really don't generally like rhymed poems but I almost didn't notice it here. It did the work of moving the orose along with satisfying stops for the rhyme. That doesn't explain well what I mean. I don't have the skill here
