From a small town in Southern Illinois. I’ve been writing since about 30 years old. When the verses come, I pay attention. I have published my first book mainly to capture my poems for my family. Thoughts of a Daydreamer. I am writing my second book. I can tell I have progressed in my skill and writing styles. I appreciate you taking time to read my thoughts. I never thought I would be called a Poet. But I am proud to be considered one among such wonderful talent.

I’ve watched the determination over the years. The people are wonderful and it truly breaks my heart. I shared this poem with them and it tears at their hearts. They love it as much as me. Cairo will always be my home.
