I was born in Nurenberg, Germany. Both of my parents are American, and I am greatful to be an American. I was born with glaucoma, and have had problems with my vision my entire life. Yet I still played baseball and was involved in boyscouts and martial arts as a boy. In my teens, I battled with drugs, and alchohol and (like everyone else,) a less than perfect upbringing. At 16 I dropped out of highschool, but now have a college degree. I've been through a lot, and these experiences have made me more empathetic to those around me, because in some way or another, I have suffered a similar experience myself. I cannot beleave the life I live now. I am a Christ follower (although I am far from perfect, and I am repulsed by my own sins.) Married for 14 years this December, with one daughter. Its been a wild ride, and it will likely continue to be so...
