I grew up in a big family in South Carolina, but I moved to Georgia to go to college and decided to stay after graduation. I raised four kids who are all married now, and I have two grandchildren. I became a widow after 32 years of marriage almost 3 years ago, but I have recently remarried. My sweet husband, Robb, and I share a love of writing and he inspired me to send this submission into Reedsy. This is my first writing submission ever, even though I have been writing all my life.
