My name is Sebastian Kurek, and I am an 18 year old student in the Dungarvan CBS, due to sit my Leaving Certificate Examinations in June. To be honest with you, I don't really know when exactly I got interested in poetry as such. I remember throughout my Junior Certificate Course, I hated it! I found all the poems we had to study boring and pointless. Little did I know that a little over 2 years later, I would be writing my own poems and songs; quite a turnaround, isn't it?
