My name is Hyunseo Allison Lee, a product of an interesting phenomenon. I have yet to attend high school in an English speaking country. But, I have been attending an international school in Korea and the almost required after-school-English programs since before I actually attended school. Needless to say, I have been immersed in English. My interesting status has not diminished my love of and for English. My love has become a burgeoning desire to weave words together to create something I humbly refer to as my poetry. And after accumulating a few pieces and throwing away many, I found myself seeking to share my art and self beyond the orbit of my friends, family, and teachers. I seek the validation that most authors strive for. As such, I have gulped several times and offer my soul(s) up for examination, preferably perusal and charity. Last year, one of my teachers told me I should appreciate my readers, and I do. Thank you for your time and effort.
