Son, I know

I thought this was all a dream to hear what the doctors would discover.

I asked God to give it to me instead, just so you don't have to suffer.

I questioned God many times.

I felt confused, my heart just broke into two.

This was the first time you ever seen tears drop from both my eyes.

I couldn't help it or fix the situation.

All I can do was not question but trust God and be patient.

This was the first time you seen dad's kryponite. You are tougher than any superman.

Going through this process seeing your strengths is amazing. I know you are going to beat this.

We will get through this together.

I'm here for you always and forever.

I wish I could take all your pain away and this was all a dream.

I want you to know I love you with all my heart and soul.

You will beat this cancer, son I know.
