Downward Spiral

I feel like i'm caught in the funnel of a tornado, being tossed from side to side, pulled over here, pushed over there spinning aimlessly out of control.  Some parts of my life total devastation, some parts of my life left totally unharmed.  Seems life is just a bunch of hits and misses,
the most you can do is hope for the best.  When a funnel touches down right in the middle of your life and destroys everything you  have ever worked, dreamed, and hoped for, do you lay down and give up?  Or do you stand up taller than ever and fight for your hopes and dreams and everything that makes you the person that you are!
