Memories of yesterday
Still linger in my mind
Memories of friends
Who still come to mind
Memories of loves
Lost to the past
Memories of friendships
That didn't last
Memories of dances I could never attend
Memories of parties
Without end
Memories of yesterday
Still linger in my mind
And I guess that's why
They will always be
Memories!
