Life Amongst Death

I still can't believe you're gone
You don't have to worry, I'm staying strong
Due to the emptiness I feel deep inside
There will always be days I'll believe I shoulda been who died
Never understanding why my entire life, love equaled pain
Years of hiding my scars and tears, that fall like pouring rain
Lost and alone tho surrounded by millions of people here
Finding myself aimlessly wandering through another year
Second guessing everyones motives around me
Contemplating  would leaving everyone alone finally set me free
Not wanting to get to know anybody new
Only to be scarred so much it now shows on the outside of you
Unable to mask the undeniable pain
I'm truly becoming insane
So until I see you again
I'll forever miss and love you my friend...
