Dress Soaked In Dew

Remember the first time in our life?
When two golden strings were tied together?
That was a promise of us
That we will always stay forever

In a small state of the countryside
There's a big meadow and a small hill
A humble house in the middle of it
Where we share our first meal
You were there with me
Sitting with a silver spoon in your hand
I smiled, while cleaning the dining table
Believing that this love will never end

I bought a dress after the trip from the town
Golden satin and ribbons at the outside
Gave it to you as a birthday present
Now you're asking me to dance at the hillside

It was 5 hours after midnight
We were running towards the meadow
We were dancing with our bare feet
Dress soaked in dew hidden in the shadow

Now it's been five years
From the last day you wore those dress
I'm holding it in my hand
Whenever I want to take a rest
I miss you darling, a lot more than usual
Now you aren't here, darkness I've brewed
Now I'm wearing the dress and sitting on the hill
Dancing with the moon, dress soaked in dew
