Without Knowing

A cool and listless spring
Whose allegiance lies with the frost
Contemplating reason
Bound by its own hesitation-
Clings upon your dusty trails
That hard road you paved in intentions
Sanctified by bitterness
And loved with a godly fear
You heralded the great regard
I now have of loneliness
Your voice clings to the openness
The vastness of your hold
Has no respect for boundaries
You violate the rule-
That distances grow found
That time can cure all things
That hope can cleanse all the damages
Wielded by the icy feeling-
In your eyes like the bluest sky
Who mock my every word
You took to the north and in your home
You hold on without knowing.
