Window Pane Dreams

Im lookig out the window.
Searching for a door.
I dont want to be poor anymore.
I want to make some legal lucrative moves.
Like the sea makes waves.
Ive got to become something great.
This is before I will reach my grave.
Who knows, that could be in a couple of days.
So For me a peremanent way had to be made.
Right now im in the window of an apartment that doesnt belong to me.
A window in a high-rise building in the middle of the projects.
So today in the window, I take a moment to reflect.
Seeing hard living, but refusing to be a aprt of it.
So im making a plan to get rich and quick.
There is too much money circulating the world and I need my share of it.
Its just a though, Im not greedy, selfish, or mean.
Im just sharing my window pane dreams.

{Contact Information mfisher20019@gmail.com (202) 903-5527}Im Michael, 26 year old Washington DC native new to the poetry community. Initially i was scared to try the poetry thing for public view....people and decisions that have been made, make it somewhat difficult to step out on a limb and express such talent. Typically my writing come from internal thoughts and feelings towards certain situations. My completed pieces of work are typically finished within minutes of the idea of the piece...I hope everyone can find something enjoyable about my work.. I welcome advise in reference to my work, as this is a new venture for me. Thanks to all my readers more…
