When It Actually Sunk In



that my heroes p*ss and sh*t like me
 I let myself go limp and relaxed my eyes
 so that a real kind of sadness showed.

 Now I’m me on a grey pavement
 with grey people, under a grey sky –
 each of us very awake with sleepy eyes
 starving for dreams.
