what I'm left with

Now you're gone I can't explain
The still feeling with which I remain

I see and feel myself clear pure
Before I felt diseased, but couldn't find the cure

Empty, confused and cold
I surrendered to how they want me to unfold

The comfort of acceptance was so alluring
A false soft voice, so viciously reassuring

Left all by myself, the voices gradually disappear
Fear turns into a tear, but then come flowing the ideas,

At first I was scared and alone on a dark long road
Looking at where I thought the light once showed

Our memories, your touch,
My soul was in your clutch
I thought I had so much

But it was just the mere absence,
of my prejudice and grudge....
