Wedding Day

I'm planning for the best day of our life,
The day you make me your wife.
I've got the dress,
Guaranteed to look my best.
We've got the cake,
Said to be the best the bakery can make.

Is it here yet, 'cause I'm ready to go.
One thing to remember, got to walk slow.
Embrace all emotion,
So later you can play it in slow-motion.
Get to the alter and say "I do,"
Headed to the reception, it's where we go to.

Newlyweds, that's what we will say,
When our relationship will grow each and every day.
I will always care for you, in sickness and in health,
No matter if we are poor or blessed in wealth.
Now you are my husband and I'm your wife,
Together we will have one great life
