Waking up for prayer

I wake up for prayer

morning mist in my eyes

and half asleep, determined

to stare blankly at the morning sunrise.

Its to early I think to myself.

But I remember the feeling of when I'm done

and how there is a time for important things

and a time for fun.

Knowing that I must pray so I wont regret that when my life is done.
