Verve Curve

Slowly slipping into the darkness of the night,
Slowly taking your soul away.
None to guide your one sense short, intuition.
The abandoned pact of truth and lie,
But you are leaving to die.
Only to burn up bright,
Before you end up wasted,
Giving up your God-d*mn forsaken dreams.

As you walked the path of verve,
No longer charismatic,
Nor possessing vitality.
I hope your fate is not entombed,
For doomed.
You won't know how it feels,
Till time comes calling.
The graceless part you played,
Under the false pretext of flamboyance .
