Whole Foods, that are
naturally brown,
are good!
Brown Rice is good!
Home baked, Whole Wheat bread
is good!
Whole Wheat pasta is good!
Kumamoto soba [Buck-Wheat Noodles]
is good. Whole potatoes, are good!
And; Whole, brown eggs, are very good!
