today was the day

I thought today was the day that she would call just to say hello
but as the hours and the minuets passed me by
I guess I really didn't know
 I miss her laughter and the warmth of her hug and that smile
that was always filled with passion
she never gave much thought to what others thought
wasn't that much into fashion
maybe we will meet once again at the end of a narrow bridge
and all those moments we once had we will once again relive
