how war has gone
seeking clues

and the children want to know
how is dad
and where did you go

I hear fighting's bad
over there

I worry day and night
that you're safe
you'll be alright

the children say
it's one year to-day
since you went away

3, TOMORROW..........(REALITY)

I pray, it's true
someday soon
we''ll hear from you

the children are crying too
they won't admit
but I know they do

the minister has said
I can't accept
you may be dead
