The Strong and the Weak

Sitting in one corner
Life Passes by
She sits there shuttering, sputtering
Looking death in the eye

Shaking, quaking, oh so still
Suddenly trembling
absent is the will

The strong grasps the weak
she struggles to survive
No longer can she stare up into the strong's distant eyes

Tears gather frantically
Gasp after gasp, Desperately struggling
to free of the Angel of Death's grasp

One flinch, just one
Then, numb go her nerves,The weak is now strong
But the strong is still stronger

She holds her breath
just a little longer
As she slumps in the corner The poor weak girl

Wailing, flailing, until time stands MORTALLY still
