The sea

This is why the sea can never go to sleep

the moon comes with the stars
to bathe with him

wind also wishes to sleep with him
fishes and snails too

boats and ships
turn his bosom a vermilion red

but he falls in love with
a girl who picks up snails
never turns to his bosom

this is why the sea can never go to sleep .
