The perfected power of Luck

Power,
A dreamers dream,
Past the weeping willows,
Over the distant winding stream,
Rolling in the silence of birds chirping,
Gentle breezes guiding purpose sought,
Nature’s gift rewarded,
Deliberate luck,
Power,
Perfect,
Deep yet shallow,
Distance, height and beauty,
Spun with graceful ease intended,
Lonely sky disturbed by passive pleasure,
Pressure from all forces embraced,
Violent sound bellows,
 Distant landing,
Perfect
Glory
No skill in luck,
Eager patience taken,
Practiced perfection awaits now,
Careful movement planning destiny’s dream,
Slowly spying the righteous perception,
Mysterious rolling path,
It’s in the cup,
Glory.

I have been writing poetry and lyrics since I was 10 years old, I am now 33. I love reading poetry in my spare time and writing inquisitive pieces that are meant to produce thought and critical analysis. I have been married 10 years and my wife and I have three beautiful children (When they are sleeping!).WARNING: The meaning in my poetry may not be as simple as you may think or then again maybe they are."Lazy Reasons" is a recent poem about watching television, did you understand what it was written about before I told you? The Flashing lights of the LED, The magnetic movements of the speaker coil.I try to look inside of an object or subject and describe the effects of the working parts that make them and us whole. To each thier own detirmination of meaning in anything I have written and they have read. I have never shared any poetry with the world until now and have hundreds of poems to upload as well as the new ones I throw up semi-daily.If you would like me to write on a particular topic or subject please let me know, and also, a thank you, I have enjoyed the hundreds of poems I have read so far on this site and most of the poets here are magnificent in thier capabilities!!! more…
