The Paragon

I found a world under oath
Resonant voices baneful loathe
Of dust that formed odalisques
Projects one of life's cruel mystique
Old merchant stories depicted
The weaker kind dejected and died
While superior ones nurtured malevolence
Who'll soon to the maker renounce reverence
Larceny abodes in every heart of stone
Ghastly thoughts pervades acuity's moan
As blasphemer's relentless work oppresses
Filthy air devoured the moral uprights
The wind blows an unearthly conviction
Of the Paragon's forthcoming jubilation
And the obscure world, inverted to petrify
from its invidious ways to repentance in perpetuity.
