the demise

1. THE DEMISE-DR.KGB

                  Am aware of the trillions
                  An' trillions an' trillions
                  Of ambitious spells beating
                  In the shell;
                  The glorious Full,
                  The Fortune;
                  The plethora!

                  The sweetness of the rhymes,
                  The warmness of the hymns,
                  Eagerness of the eyes, ears,
                  An' tongue, the fragrance!

                   Here on this farthermost dot,
                   My steps astern,
                   Here on this transient float,
                   In this emptiness!
                   In this silent note,
                   Melted, and stern!

                  You the moment,
                  Your moment-ness me!

                   How could be thee,
                   Not me?
