The American Dream

Illusions distorting your mind,

Delusional concepts combined,

A waist of time...

A house with a picket fence,

Evidence the dream is alive?

Wait, look what's inside...

Anger, pain,

Tear drops like rain,

Cried in vain!

My dream is for a life that's plain,

Not society's ways that make you insane!

I, am plain!
