That I would give "stuff" up

My soul, my soul
It groaned and groaned
Yet, in those gory hours
God, in his matchless power
Never ceased to come
Come, you say
Come for what
That I would give "stuff" up
I wanted to say so much
In words of a flooded heart
But, alas, I saw the Lord was grieved
And this prevented me
Yes, this prevented me
Til I crumbled at his feet
I heard a charge
It gave me heart
And courage, now to stop
Stop, you say
Stop for what
That I would give "stuff" up
And, now I see
I traded jewels for cheap
Looking back those fateful days
He plowed my base away
I wouldn't get It done
And, so, he had to come
Come You say
Come for what
That I would give "stuff" up
