Tears Intertwined

Tears of joy falling down my right cheek.

Tears of sadness flow down my left cheek.

Three Millenniums of lessons.

All the tragedies,travesties,and atrocities

still hasn't given us enough compassion.

My fellow man still robs, kills, and abandons

Genocide, Slavery, and Hatred made the left

side of human history sad in my eyes.

Fatherless kids, raped women, impoverished people dominate the globe.

The right side washes all the anguish, anger, and pain away.

The tears on the right represent the

filled churches,mosque,and synagogues

It is the compassionate side of man

People dieing to free the slaves and end the holocaust.

Helping to combat aids,cancer,and poverty.

A river of mans history flows from my eyes.

All man's greatest tragedies and triumphs intertwined.
