Starting Over

Every day it begins,
Enthusiasm for new ideas,
Excitement of a new life.
Every day it begins.
As the day wears on,
Another idea begins to fade.
A new life seems distant,
As the day wears on.
The day begins to end.
Too tired to follow a new path.
The new life seems unattainable.
The day begins to end.
Sleep restores the soul.
Slight though it may be,
Somehow, the soul is revived.
Sleep restores the soul.
Morning is a new beginning.
More inspiration to
Make a new life for me.
Morning is a new beginning.
