Southern healing

How do I explain?
A child, a father, a lover.
I feel you deep inside of me.
I feel your joy and your pain.
Seperated by time, we've both moved on.
You still remain though, together our souls move on.
The lord will take you soon.
As I lay here, under the same bright moon, I wonder.
Why did he spare me?
We were so close, lovers and friends.
Now it all comes to an end.
I'm with you always, my friend, spirit and soul.
You'll never comprehend what you did for me.
You'll never know how you changed my path.
The confidence you inspired, or how you made me laugh.
Without you I would have never believed I had a chance.
I thank god for your love and guidance.
He knows that you are you.
Even with the choices you've made.
It was one, two, three, create,
you're still one of the angels he made.

Laura Flanders

I've just woken up from a five year sleep. I put my passions and feelings to sleep for most of that time. I'm back, I'm awake, and I'm starting to write again. I missed me very much. more…
