See saw

Confined between the oceans and the sky

Bound, by hesitation, eyeing the hours fly

Both, possess a sense of mysterious rapture

Yet, a formless infinity, I crave to capture.

Strike while the iron is hot 'they' say

Settling to blister in the shade today.

Patiently waiting against my will.

White surrender or go in for the kill?

SUFFERING! the drug of choice. I wonder why?

Injecting pure bliss evasion. The ultimate high.

Of course making sure to use a sterile syringe

Wouldn't want to damage the option to 'danger' binge.

Mind over matter, matter taking over my mind

Creating illusion to avoid solution. I am Blind

Mesmerized, motionless, in this perpetual throw-around

Damaged leading the damaged, destination: south-bound.

Scorching salvation for a drip of temptation

Denying self liberation for vain decoration.

Choose to settle, settle with a choice

Dispose of empty promises, unleash the voice.
