Sail Away II

The wind was with her
as she sailed on the morning tide.
She sets her sails for an island
beyond the rising sun.
On the horizon, dark clouds up ahead,
for the storm has just begun ...

Adrift out on the open sea,
she only has a yellow rose
to keep her company
navigating by her fears
she sails away on the sea
of a thousand tears ...

Trying to leave the past behind
she tries to find some peace of mind
casting a yellow rose into the sea
she hopes to find her destinty
after all is said and done.
