Myriad of Mind

The sun screams down so strong
penetrating my skin for oh so long
burning off the beads of deeds done wrong
an all seeing eye, raging at dawn
a split tongue fiddle smirking mid song
violent feathers suffer in silence
while crickets share their wisdom
ive already told you so, and will do so no more
if you really want to go,let me show you the door.
they greet you with a flowered-chocolaty smother
and a blade in the other everybody's mother,
demonic sheep undercover
instead of retaliating in rage,
I dip and ink the page a full blown sage,
with words from another age
From me to a friend, I catalyst the amend
A lifetime i will spend, worrying about the end
back and forth my mind, an axe finely grind
when i try to make her mine, our journeys never twine
the universe is my kit, I must move more flits
before the blood hits and tarnishes my name
That will never be, you see.
For I will make you insane, before you win my game.

Kel Turgeon

I have been writing poetry for 24 years. Some of these works I wrote when i was young, others are new. I have two publications in two books and love to articulate in a cerebral-pictorial stanza and blank verse that is very cryptic. (please read twice)keep writing all and fine tune your craft. I look forward to reading more.Thank you.Kel Turgeon - A French-Canadian Poet.Copyright 1989-2012. more…
