My Savior

I am a sinner born into this world
You are my Savior and friend
You took my spot up on the cross
I deserved every hit and slash You took in
You take away my pain and sorrow
You fill me with Your love
I pray for strength to die for You as You did for me
You love me as I am
You came to the world with open arms
I thank You for Your sacrifice
You call for me as Your own
You are above all things
How I long to be with You in Heaven
I am a sinner born into this world
You are my Savior and friend
