Mom and Dad

I remember mother as a young women
Her body was lean
Countenance fresh
Green eyes stood out
A basketball player

A competitor
She loved running
She was fast
Long legs pretty
Funny being poet

Talking about her
As if she was
A good friend
She is really

My dad could make me laugh
I love him for that
Oh, you don't know
He is Funny

He taught me how to live
What more could I ask
Mutually They were great
For me to learn

My dad taught me to shift
Many paradigms
Understanding inside out
Questions I had, I just want to say now

What a family
Could I have done
What I've done
Without These two

No
