Love Takes Flight

Come,My love
Fly with my spirit upon wings of night,
As our soul catches the glimmering
stars when our love takes flight.

Come run with me
Let's stroll along the edges of passion's
fire, From dusk til dawn as we intertwine
in the ecstasy of desire.

Come lay with me
My love as our bodies never tire, As
the juices of our love flow we become
one glowing within the flames of love's
eternal fire.

Come kiss me
My love let me taste your lips so sweet,
As we come face to face with a kiss this
love makes us so complete.

I have been writing since I was 12 years old the first poem I ever wrote was for my daddyHoward Edward Sizemore. I have been writing ever since it's something I felt like God had blessed me with and any gift God gives to us we should be grateful for, because with out Godwe are nothing, without His glorious love we would not be who we are. I am now 48 years old and have written many poems but am still learning a lot about writing so I hope with each new one I post they will get much better. We never get to old to learn.... more…
